VEER BAL DIVAS/SHAHEEDI DIVAS 2024 AT RAMAKRISHNA SARADA MISSION NIVEDITA VIDYAMANDIR, HAUZ KHAS, NEW DELHI
The school observed Shaheedi Divas or Veer Bal Divas on 26th December 2024 with reverence and deep gratitude to commemorate the supreme sacrifice of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji, the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The event aimed to instill the values of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering faith among students.

The day commenced with an inspiring address by our Principal, Pravrajika Jnanaprana. She spoke about the unparalleled courage and sacrifice of the Sahibzadas, emphasizing their steadfast faith in righteousness despite their young age. - Poem Recitation by Ananya Kumari:
Ananya Kumari, a student of Grade 6, recited a heartfelt poem capturing the essence of the Sahibzadas’ sacrifice. Her powerful rendition, filled with emotion and pride, brought tears to the eyes of the audience. The poem beautifully encapsulated their journey of faith, resilience, and ultimate martyrdom.
- Short Skit on the Sahibzadas’ Bravery:
A short skit was performed by students of Grades 7 and 8, depicting the brave martyrdom of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji. The performance highlighted the harrowing circumstances faced by the Sahibzadas and their unyielding commitment to their values. The students’ portrayal of historical events left the audience spellbound and deeply moved.
