Fees can be paid by cash or A/C PAYEE CHEQUE drawn in favour of’ RAMAKRISHNA SARADA MISSION’, clearly indicating the name of the child and class she/he is studying in. If the cheque is dishonoured, payment by cheque will not be accepted and penal charges levied by the Bank will be recovered from the parents.
Fees can be paid by the following dates, at the Syndicate Bank, Hauz Khas Branch between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on week days (except Bank holidays) 1st Quarter 1st – 10th April 2nd Quarter 1st – 10th July 3rd Quarter 1st – 10th October 4th Quarter 1st – 10th January
Fees not paid by due date, may be paid with late fee fine by cash at the School Office Counter between 9.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. (Monday – Friday).
Parents are requested to present the Fee Book to the School Office at the time of making the payment.
The fees are reviewed on an annual basis and all changes are approved by the Managing Committee of the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission.
Information regarding fees due, dates to deposit, etc. will not be provided over the phone. Kindly make the enquiries in person in the office.
Before depositing the fees, all the columns in the fee pay-in-slip (student’s name in capital letters)should be legibly completed, failing which no credit will be given for the payment and a fine shall be levied as in the case of non-payment. Further, the Bank will not accept incomplete or illegible slips. If the fees is submitted through a cheque in bank, the name and date of deposit should be written at the back of the school fee-receipt (counterfoil) copy
Fine or late payment of fees will be charged @ 100 per day. No exemption from the late fee will be given under any circumstances.
Fees will have to be paid as long as the student’s name is on rolls.
If fees remain in arrears for a quarter or more, the student’s name may be struck off the roll. However, in case of re-admission (subject to availability of seats), fresh admission fees shall be payable along with the arrears of fees including the fine.
Fee receipt counterfoils should be kept carefully till the Annual Examination. Kindly submit the same when the counter office calls for them for checking from time to time especially before each examination.
Students will be permitted to appear for the examination only when all the dues are cleared.
