Inaugurated in 1970, Nivedita Vidyamandir, was the very first project of the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission, New Delhi, and is perhaps the only school in Delhi following the stream of education that Swami Vivekananda and his Irish disciple Sister Nivedita had envisioned.

In an age of diminishing values and ethics, we at Nivedita Vidyamandir, take great care to develop the ethical character of the students in conformity with Swami Vivekananda’s ideal of self-reliance, selfless-service, dedication to Dharma. Happiness, serenity of mind, calm yet stimulating environment have all been merged with academic rigour.

A unique combination of strong academics and Indian ancient values with many extra-curricular activities, have all gone into making Nivedita Vidyamandir one of the best Pre-primary and Primary schools in the area.
