The school accepts Registration Forms for Admission up to the end of January each year.
Admission is granted subject to the availability of seats and solely at the discretion of the school authorities.
Mere submission of the Registration form does not guarantee admission.
The Managing Committee of the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission and the Principal can revise the fees and other charges at the beginning of the new academic session.
Fee and other charges once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
For re-admission, all pending dues and re-admission fees should be paid.
Students coming from other schools must provide a transfer certificate along with a Progress Report indicating their academic performance.
Step by step procedure for admission
Submit the Registration form along with the fee at the School Office.
After going through the Registration form, the school authorities will fix a meeting with the child and the parents. The child will also be required to undergo an assessment process to ascertain his/her level of proficiency and acceptability at NVM.
If the child clears the eligibility test, parents along with the child will be required to meet the Principal who will make the final decision. The school will then grant admission within 48 working hours on the fulfillment of financial and other formalities.
In case the parents do not make the payment within 48 hours, the registration fee will stand forfeited and the seat will be assigned to the next candidate.
At the time of reporting to the school for the first time, parents are required to contact the Principal.
